Please enter the building and my Incall unit discreetly. As you arrive inside, place donation envelope on the kitchen counter. I should never have to ask for the donation.

Dates longer then 2 hours require social activities like dining, conversation, etc.

Please have clean linens (bedsheets and pillow cases) changed and ready before our date. Freshly showered just before or when I arrive to your location. Have remaining donation ready as soon as I arrive.

If your place is extremely unkept, I won't feel comfortable working in that environment, the session will end.

Outcalls outside of Downtown Toronto may be an additional $20-$100 depending on location.

Outcalls to Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Brampton, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan etc. require a 2hr date minimum.

Hygiene is very important to me. I will always be freshly showered, nails, hair and feet always well kept. A fresh towel, brand new shower poof/wash cloth, and mouthwash will be set up in the bathroom for when you arrive. Kindly take your time in the shower, no rush, I want you to be as clean and relaxed as possible. *Keep all outside clothes off, placed on hooks in bathroom after shower.

Please use toothbrush or mouth wash before the start of our session. Listerine, regular or natural toothpaste as an option. You’re welcome to bring your own hygiene products.

I treat all my clients with the utmost respect and wouldn't expect anything less. If I feel unsafe or hygiene is not up to my standards the session will end.

As much as I love what I do, I’m not always hosting. Please book at least 24 hours in advance for shorter dates. Pre-booking 2-7 days in advance is ideal, especially for longer dates. Last minute bookings are only accepted according to my schedule or if i’m available. For last minute appointment requests book at least two hours in advance. I will always post my daily work schedule on my Instagram or twitter page.

All appointments including Incall, Outcall and FMTY require a deposit sent via e-transfer. It secures your appointment and reassures me that you’ll respect and honour our time together.

Deposit is 30% for all incalls and outcalls

Bdsm 50% deposit is required

FMTY 50% deposit is required

Deposit drop-off at restaurant is also an option.

Once you are fully booked in my schedule, that time slot is not available for anyone else.

I offer FMTY dates in Canada and US to major cities like Montreal, Ottawa, New York etc. Dates starting at four hours. 50% deposit is required plus travel costs. Please book at least 3-7 days in advance.

I understand life situations and things may come up last minute that are out of your control. If you can’t make the appointment please notify me at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule. Your deposit will be used for our next date.

Rescheduling 48hrs before appointment date, 50% of payment is required.

24hr/same day cancellations, the full payment is required.

I always make a commitment to follow though with all my bookings. If the rare chance I have to cancel I will send you back your full deposit.
